Honest and fair

I researched the opportunities for smart mood lighting for INNR Smart Lighting start-up and advised the company on the best strategy to conquer a sustainable business position in retail. To help achieve that goal, l put the company in contact with appropriate parties. Unfortunately the product was not developed enough at that time. After six months l felt l could not add sufficient value and proposed to end the collaboration. Being honest and acting fair are important values to me. In this case ending the collaboration was the best option for both parties.
