I have been a consultant for Pure DAB+ radios since 2014. It’s important to me to work on the basis of a good concept; l always analyse the market and explore the potential of a product before committing myself to an assignment. Pure had the potential of getting good results so l started by developing a strategic plan. Next, l created and implemented several specific tools to ensure the plan would succeed. For Pure this meant a commercial strategy focussing on product features, selective distribution and a lobby towards the DAB+ umbrella organizations concerned.
In 2005 I increased Pure’s market share in the Benelux Countries considerably from 1% in 2014 to 10% in just 1 year.
